We envisioned this project as a harmonious blend of contemporary design and local heritage. The square- shaped facade, crafted from elegant travertine, reflects the architectural  themes of the surrounding area while embodying a sense of timelessness. Despite its modest exterior appearance, this villa boasts an impressive 9,848 sq. ft of thoughtfully designed living space. Although the architecture maintains a boxy shape, we’ve incorporated a variety of stunning design elements that draw the eye. Features like golden accents and the dynamic interplay of facade surfaces introduce intriguing layers, adding depth and visual interest to the overall composition. As we invite you to see interior, that presents a compelling contrast to the facade, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated selection of materials and shapes that differ from the exterior. The interior showcases deep, rich hues of wood, metal, and textiles, creating an elegant atmosphere. By incorporating luxurious, high-end materials, we’ve designed a dynamic interplay of textures that expresses a cohesive narrative throughout the villa.
