We designed a dynamic and multifunctional complex spanning over 12, 000 square feet. The layout consists of a dozen of distinct buildings, each serving a unique purpose. These include car part shops, car retail showrooms and offices. We focused on functionality and accessibility, with wide walkways and clear signages to guide customers trough different areas, including a cafe for visitors. along with a full development for the infrastructure, enhancing the user experience provided shaded and wall defined pedestrian circulation across the Car market along. We worked on storm water, streetlight, irrigation network, sprinkler system, the paving, and enhancing manoeuvring radius for the ease of access of fire trucks. The proposal is in line with Dubai Municipality vision of effective planning, developing and managing an excellent city that provides the essence of success and sustainable living.
